Paradise Creek Brewery
Paradise Creek Brewery is the newest brewpub in the state of Washington with our production house in the basement of Pullman’s Old Post Office.
Our ales are crafted with some of the finest malts and Yakima hops we can get our hands on. From the lightly malted Dirty Blonde to J-Dub’s English Pale Ale to our creamy yet roasty Postal Porter, the variety of seasonal and perennial ales flowing from our taps will make the most demanding beer lover smile.
Got the tummy grumbles? Our restaurant specializes in everything from Bison burgers and pulled-pork nachos to steaks and salmon. Specialty pizzas? Check. Sammies and Paninis? Yup. We strongly believe that good beer and good food goes hand-in-hand. Then again, if you’re on a liquid diet, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with just drinking.
Is the conversation running dry? There’s plenty to do here besides just talk….because c’mon….you can only tell that story about your dog and the trick-or-treaters so many times. On Fridays we play movies on a 132-inch HD screen or if there is a big game on…this is the place to catch it! When the Inland Northwest weather is right you can enjoy a pint out on our patio and groove to the tunes coming from our cool rock speakers. You heard me right, we’ve got rock speakers. In addition to the brewpub we offer off-site sales of the best selection of wines and microbrews on the Palouse. Join us on Fridays for wine tastings where you can try several different varietals and learn a little bit about each. Many times we play host to winemakers from Washington State wineries who love to talk about their juice and share with others.
Beyond wine and beer, we specialize in homebrewing supplies with over 40 different varieties of malted grains, equipment to get you started, extracts, yeasts and even in-house prepackaged hops that are ready to added be to your next concoction.
