In early 2010, Paradise Creek Brewery was born in Pullman’s Old Post Office building. Our ales & lagers are crafted in the basement with some of the finest malts and Yakima hops we can get our hands on. From the fan-favorite Dirty Blonde to the hop-bomb Over The Hop to our creamy and roasty Sacred Cow Milk Stout, the variety of seasonal and perennial ales flowing from our taps will make the most demanding beer lover squeal like a sorority girl.
We started Paradise Creek with one goal in mind: to locally craft exceptional beer and share it with our friends, which is why we brew all of our beers 100% right here in Pullman, Washington. On any given day of the week you can smell the sweet aroma of our brewing process throughout downtown Pullman. Our hops are sourced directly from Yakima, where the majority of the United States hops crops are grown. This maintains the fresh taste of all our brews and boosts the flavor in our IPAs.
Got the tummy grumbles? Our brewpub specializes in creative burgers made from local beef, sandwiches and paninis. Hand-cut potato fries? Check. Big pretzels made with our Dirty Blonde ale? Yup. We strongly believe that good beer and good food goes hand-in-hand. Then again, if you’re on a liquid diet, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with just drinking.
Is the conversation running dry? There’s plenty to do here besides just talk….because c’mon….you can only tell that story about your dog and the trick-or-treaters so many times. We have two flat screens above the bar for sports and if there’s a big game on we drop down the 12-ft HD projection screen so it feels like you’re right there on the sideline.
Thanks for checking us out. We hope to see you in here soon!
